Associated School Boards of South Dakota has named Dr. Wade Pogany to serve as the association’s new executive director, the ASBSD Board of Directors announced Aug. 11 during the ASBSD and SASD Convention.

The ASBSD Board of Directors has taken the first step toward positioning the association to support a ballot initiative that will deliver between $85 to $90 million annually to the state's public schools.
