District teachers can take advantage of the rare opportunity to learn from Erin Gruwell and Ruby Payne at the ASBSD and SASD Convention, thanks to a special registration option for this year’s conference.

Created in response to member districts that wanted their teaching staff to hear the motivational messages from these top-tier education speakers, this special registration option allows teachers to attend only the Erin Gruwell or Ruby Payne activities.

Teachers can attend Gruwell’s keynote for $15, Payne’s keynote and workshop for $60 or both for $75. Registration forms can be found online by visiting www.asbsd.org/convention.

Note: the special rate is for teachers only. School board members or administrators wanting to attend Gruwell or Payne’s events must register for the full conference.
