The ASBSD and SASD Convention is proud to offer members a variety of top-tier education keynote speakers that address the very issues that school board members and school administrators encounter every day in their local districts.
Our commitment to top-flight keynote speaker grows stronger after a landmark convention experience last year, which brought both Erin Gruwell and Ruby Payne to South Dakota. Since last year's convention, our members have put their convention experience into action. Erin Gruwell has returned to South Dakota to bring her powerful message to staff in the Todd County and White River School Districts. Ruby Payne's work on poverty has made its way into district-level professional development and is impacting student lives.
After a power-packed event last year, we're proud to offer our members three dynamic, thoughtful and inspiring key note speakers based on this year's theme: Providing Leadership for Change.
