ASBSD p-card Program
ASBSD has joined forces with other statewide associations and school districts across the country to offer a financial solution that will reduce paper use and remove the myth that paper trails lead to better internal control.
The ASBSD p-Card program provides member schools with a safe, effective procurement cards that can be used in place of purchase orders. Procurement cards operate like a credit card, but do not carry a revolving line of credit. Each card can be customized to limit the purchasing authority and spending levels, giving administrators complete control over how the card is used. Best of all, spending can be tracked quickly and easily through a 24/7 internet portal.
With a the ASBSD p-Card program, you can eliminate costly inefficiencies and improve internal control – all without any cost or fees to the district. The more you purchase using p-Cards, the greater the chance that you can take advantage of the program’s rebate provisions.
